• Manas Tour & Travels is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid documentation.

4. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for their own medical fitness.

• We recommend carrying personal medication.

• During wildlife safaris or adventure trips, guests must follow local safety guidelines.

5. Liability

• Manas Tour & Travels acts only as an agent between travelers and service providers.

• We are not responsible for delays, natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or events beyond our control.

• Compensation (if applicable) will be limited to the booking value.
